If you are a consumer who purchased an eligible distance subscription or product, you may withdraw within the statutory 14-day period (subject to exceptions, including digital content started with an express waiver).
To withdraw, use one of the following (keep proof of sending):
- Site Contact page with topic “withdrawal”, stating your account e-mail, purchase date and payment / subscription reference.
- E-mail to contact@tachycab.com with subject “Withdrawal” and the same information.
- Google Play / App Store purchases: also request a refund via the relevant store (their rules apply).
We acknowledge receipt and process the request under the Consumer Code. When a refund is due, it is made via the same payment method within statutory deadlines.
