These Terms of Sale (“ToS”) govern the sale of TachyCab subscriptions and products offered by Albert Beweb via the website, portal and, where applicable, app stores. They complement the Terms of Service (user Terms), which remain applicable to use of the service.
1. Purpose and scope
These Terms of Sale apply to any purchase of a Premium subscription, converted paid trial, shop item or paid service offered by Albert Beweb. Any order constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Sale in force at the time of payment. The User Terms govern use of the service; in case of conflict on price, payment or withdrawal, the Terms of Sale prevail.
2. Seller
The seller is Albert Beweb. Contact: contact@tachycab.com. Full identity (company number, registered office, publication director) appears in the legal notice when completed.
3. Products and services
Digital subscriptions granting access to TachyCab Premium features (monthly or other duration shown at purchase). Physical or digital shop items when offered. Descriptions, prices and trial periods appear on the subscribe / product page before payment. The service is not a legal tachograph or certified control device.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros, tax included unless otherwise stated. The applicable price is the one displayed when payment is confirmed. Store fees (Google Play / App Store) may apply to in-app purchases; the web Stripe price may differ from the store price.
5. Order and payment
On the website: secure payment via Stripe (card and offered methods). On mobile: Apple / Google in-app purchases under their terms. The order is firm after payment confirmation. A receipt / invoice is sent by e-mail or via the store. The customer warrants authority to use the payment method.
6. Activation and “delivery”
The digital subscription is activated on the account after payment confirmation (subject to short technical delays). Physical items, if any, are shipped as stated at order. No physical delivery is due for a software subscription.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you act as a consumer, you generally have fourteen (14) days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons, under consumer law. Since 19 June 2026, an online feature facilitates exercising this right; use the dedicated page: Exercise my right of withdrawal.
8. Exceptions to withdrawal
Under French Consumer Code Art. L.221-28, withdrawal does not apply in particular to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun after your express prior consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal. If you request immediate activation and accept that waiver at checkout, withdrawal may be lost. In-app purchases also remain subject to Apple / Google refund rules.
9. Cancellation, renewal and refunds
Subscriptions renew for the chosen period until cancelled. Web cancellation: via the portal / Stripe customer portal or by contacting contact@tachycab.com. Store cancellation: only in Apple / Google account settings. Unless mandatory law or a commercial gesture applies, started periods are not prorated.
10. Warranties and conformity
Business customers benefit from applicable legal warranties. Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects for goods under French law. For digital services, we use reasonable means to provide the described availability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service.
11. Business customers (B2B)
If you purchase as a professional, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Liability limitations in the User Terms apply. Invoices are payable as stated.
12. Consumer mediation
Under the French Consumer Code, consumers may free of charge refer an unresolved dispute to a consumer mediator. Mediator details: to be completed once appointed (contact contact@tachycab.com for current details). EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
